If your purchase was made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you can manage and cancel it directly in your Apple ID settings or Google Play subscription management. A withdrawal via this form is not possible for purchases made through the App Store or Play Store.

This form is intended for users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA). If you live outside the EEA, please note that the statutory withdrawal period may not apply.
